General Return Policy

GCPAWN offers a 10 (ten) day return policy on all items sold on our eStore. This 10 day period starts from the day the item is delivered. All returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be received from GCPAWN during this 10 day period. Items returned MUST be postmarked within 3 (three) days from receiving your RMA number.

Refunds

All refunds will be issued within 5 days from when the merchandise is received by GCPAWN. All items must be received in exact condition as they were shipped. Any items returned damaged (due to buyer or shipping neglegence), a refund will not be issued, and buyer must pay the shipping cost for us to return the item. We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, NOT the shipping cost to return the item. Items that qualified for free shipping will have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund amount.

Defective Merchandise

Merchandise that is discovered to be defective upon receipt must be returned within 10 days. You must first obtain an RMA number from us and explain what happened to the item in question. All items are tested twice before shipment therefore there should be no reason for a defective item. GCPAWN reserves the right to replace your item before issuing a refund. If we cannot replace your item with an exact match, we will refund your purchase price.

Damaged Merchandise during shipping

GCPAWN takes all necessary precautions when shipping items, including packaging all items properly and securly taping boxes. Any item that is damaged during shipping (as would be evident from a damaged shipping box) is not the responsibility of GCPAWN. We would be unable to return or refund any item damaged during shipping. Please contact your local carrier to file a claim with them regarding damages.

Return Shipping

Items must be properly packed and secured for all shipping returns. Return shipping cost (the cost to send merchandise back to our store) is comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost.

Returning Items

Before any item is returned you must login to your customer account and request an RMA number for your purchase. All returned items MUST be in original condition and include ALL packaging, peripherals, accessories, and booklets or paperwork sent with each item being returned. We will not process the return if any of these conditions are not met.

Any items that are lost or damaged during transit is the responsibility of the shipping company. Make sure to properly package items for a safe return to us. We will not process the return if an item is received damaged from return shipping.

General Shipping Policy

GCPAWN reserves the right to ship items with any shipping carrier that we choose. We will determine on a case by case basis which carrier to use. Any item that will fit into a USPS flat rate box, will be shipped in this method. Any other items will ship via UPS or FedEX.

Can I choose my own shipping method?

Our #1 priority is YOU! If you wish to have special shipping arrangements made, we ask that you please "Ask A Question" from the item page you wish to purchase, and let us know your wishes. We will do our best to accomodate your requests.

Can I pick up my item at the Store?

YES! Any item you purchase may be picked up in person. Each item page shows the location of that item. During the checkout process, please check the checkbox indication you wish to pickup your item locally. Please make sure to present a valid ID at time of pickup as we will NOT release the item to anyone but the original purchaser.

Items marked for local pickup must be picked up within 7 (seven) days from the purchase date. GCPAWN reserves the right to impose a 20% late fee if picked up after 7 days, or if a refund is issed, a 20% restocking fee may be applied.

Does this apply to me?:

Online payments are only available to those customers who have been to one of our physical locations. This means you have an active loan with us or have placed an item on layaway with one of our sales staff.

What payment methods may be used:

  • Online pawn payments may be paid via registered PayPal account only.
  • Online layaway payments may be paid via registered PayPal account, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover Card.

How much time can I pay for:

Pawn payments may only be made in the full amount. This means your next due date will be 30 days from the date of your payment. Layaway payments can be made in any amount, however most layaways need to be paid off in 90 days. Therefore please make at least a 20-30% payment every 3-4 weeks.

How to Login to a make payment:

To submit payment you must login to your eStore Account. Then in your account, click to view your layaways or pawns. Select the items you want to pay on and add to your shopping cart. You will need to submit your Billing and Shipping info (although there is nothing to ship).

Restrictions to Pawn Payments:

  • You may not make a "minimum" payment.
  • If your original loan is less thatn $60, you may NOT make a payment online. If your loan is a car, boat, motorcycle, scooter, atv, trailer, jetski or any other motorized item you may NOT make a payment online.

Are there any fees for online payments:

Pawn payments made online carry a fee of 4% of the payment amount, or a minimum of $3.00

How does Layaway work?

If you want to buy an item but cannot pay for it today then this program is perfect for you. With a small deposit we will hold an item for you while you pay for it over time.

Do I pay any interest on a Layaway?

No. Our layaway program is interest free, 0%!

How long does the layaway last?

Layaway terms for all general merchandise is 3 months. All Jewelry items quality for 10 month layaway terms.

How much of a deposit do I need to pay?

A 20% - 25% deposit is required for general merchandise. If you take advantage of the 10 month Jewelry layaway, only a 10% deposit is required.

When do I need to make payments?

A payment must be made at least once a month. Of course, you can make payments more frequently.

How much do I need to pay each payment?

For the 3 month layaway program each monthly payment should be at least 20% - 25%. 10 month Jewelry layaway require at least 10% paid each month. Individual payments can be of any amount, so long as the cumulative payments over the month period meet the necessary amount (10% for Jewelry or 20% - 25% for general merchandise).

Where can I make a payment?

Payments can be made in the store where you item is located with Cash, Credit or Debit. Payments can also be made on our website with Credit, Debit, or PayPal.

What if I don't want to continue with my active layaway?

Any layaway in good standing (1 month or less since your last full payment) can be cancelled. You have the option of taking 50% of your deposits back in cash, or taking 80% of your deposits as a store credit with GCPAWN. This store credit can be used at any GCPAWN location and does not expire.

What if I don't make my payments?

If we don't see you to make your payments, you risk loosing all of your deposits and the item you placed on layaway will be returned to the sales floor. Payments can be made online for your conveience so you don't even have to leave the comfort of you home. In addition we offer money back or store credit if you want to cancel, however you MUST ask for this within 30 days of your most recent payment or risk forfeiting all deposits.
